At Mavoir, your satisfaction is very important to us. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You may return products within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, and in their original packaging with the seal intact.

  • To request a return, please email us at info@mavoir.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@mavoir.com.

  • Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at info@mavoir.com.

Return Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns must be sent to our international warehouse in The Netherlands (details will be provided after you submit your return request).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
